Fresh frozen plasma (FFP)
FFP is available in the fluid portion of a unit of whole blood that is frozen in a designated time frame
Platelets
Platelets are very fragile, short lived blood cells. We provide hospitals with a fresh supply of platelets. Mainly used in thrombocytopenia and Dengue fever.
Packed Red Blood Cells
Packed RBCs are made by removing 200–250 ml of plasma from whole blood. The typical volume is 250–300 ml per bag.
